Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Methods

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost. Shipping costs for expedited methods are calculated at checkout. We partner with trusted carriers to provide reliable delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method:

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): 5–8 business days after processing with Free Standard Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing (additional cost)

Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.

International Shipping

At this time, Narrow Path Supply ships only within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping options in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the possession of the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@narrowpathsupply.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
